At FIG Congress 2018 that will take place in Istanbul, Turkey 6-11 May 2017 there will be election of:
10 Commission Chairs
2 Vice Presidents
1 President
and
Venue for FIG Congress 2022
Call for Nominations for President, Vice Presidents and Commission Chairs
FIG Council invites all Member Associations to consider this call for nomination and nominate qualified candidate(s) for election as President (one open post), Vice Presidents (two open posts) and Commission Chairs of the 10 commissions of the Federation for the term 2019-2022.
The deadline for the submission of nominations is 15 December 2017.
All nominations must be made using the appropriate nomination templates together with a covering letter of support from a FIG Member Association. The letter of support must be from either the President or the Principal Officer of the nominating FIG Member Association.

Call for Bids for FIG Congress 2022
FIG Council FIG Council invites all Member Associations to consider submitting a bid to host the prestigious FIG Congress 2022 together with the Federation.
A bidding guideline has been prepared for interested Associations. The bidding guidelines explain in detail the information that is required for a successful bid.
Deadline for submission of bid is 1 December 2017
Any association that is interested to host the FIG Working Week in 2020 is requested to email or call Director Louise Friis-Hansen, (tel. + 45 9391 0810) who will assist with any questions that you may have.
