Important Reminders from the 2017 – International Cartographic Exhibition

The 2017 International Cartographic Exhibition committee sends the following friendly reminders:
1) Please note again the deadlines for entry submissions, which are early this year to account for the early conference dates as well as the construction of the digital Exhibition conference app and pre-conference judging period. The deadlines are:
March 1, 2017
Deadline for Member representatives to submit entry information and reserve space via online interface.
May 16, 2017
Deadline for Member representatives to upload final PDFs of all entries.
2) Please also remember to include nautical and aeronautical charting agencies when circulating your Call for Participation. With the creation of a special Exhibition category, “Charts on Panels,” and the inclusion of charts in the Digital, Educational, and Other Cartographic Product categories, we seek to expand opportunities for the international chart community to participate and showcase their work at the International Cartographic Conference.
