Minutes of the General Assembly FIG e-Working Week 2021 available

FIG General Assembly took place online 20-25 June 2021 as part of the FIG e-Working Week. Four sessions were prepared, each with a different topic. 

Thanks to all the members, delegates and observers who attended (some of) the four sessions. Hopefully you found them inspiring and insightful.

t was a special opportunity for FIG and FIG Council that this General Assembly was held online which made it possible for other members – and more members – to attend than normally and also for more observers to be present. All votings also took place online which seemed to work seamlessly and which was a useful experience. One challenge with online and live sessions are the different time zones. There is never a “good time for all”. We are aware of this, also that this is not easy to solve. There were some brave participants attending late evening, during the night and early morning…
